Weekly Business Report & Executive Strategy Dashboard
Every Tuesday, I brought traffic, revenue, retention, partnerships, and critical projects into one leadership meeting structured around the decisions executives needed to make.

Context
A list of departmental metrics and task updates could not show why performance changed or what leadership needed to decide that week.
I treated the weekly business report and strategy dashboard as two views of the same meeting, connecting business performance with execution status in one decision flow.
One meeting, two views
The weekly report reviewed traffic, revenue, retention, partnerships, and project status. The strategy dashboard then sharpened the issues requiring executive judgment and the next actions.
These were not outputs from separate meetings. They were connected tools that moved one conversation from context to decision and execution.
Decision flow
After reviewing current signals and project status, we separated decisions needed immediately from results to revisit in two or four weeks.
The endpoint of reporting was an agreed owner, date, and validation point—not simply sharing a document.
